Death of a Blogger
I'm not being morbid.
I've just been thinking....
What happens when a blogger dies?
How do we know?
Since some of us are anonymous, what happens to our blog?
Who would know that we have some sort of written history somewhere that would live after us?
I've built up nice relationships with some of you without knowing you.
And really, thats one of the best things ever. I don't want to lose it.
No blogger I know died. I've just been thinking.

lmao..this isn't funny at all...only recently fluffycutething and I exchanged passwords...just incase I die...we even chose songs for each other...lol
Morbid....but then...it can happen...imagine thinking someone has abandoned blogging when in actuality the person is dead!!!

Food for thought indeed...most people who blog do it in private i.e their friends and family are not aware soo...am not sure how we will get past this issue

I often wonder about it as well... I know none of the bloggers personally and if something was to happen, nobody would know really...
I like Afrobabe's approach, get a best blog friend and exchange password and stuff with her/him... Seems to solve the conundrum...

my own mom was very unhappy n hers, so it's so close 2 home. it's well though. MM is adorable (most of d time. lol) & i know we'd do great

Humm. I actually thought about this once. What would happen? I mean I have friends that know I blog but no one has my password. I won't give it to anyone joh, so angel of death stay away!

The only down fall is that say blogger A died from a successful suicide attempt, his/her blog might actually be a clue to what was worring him/her!!! SPOOKIE!!!

makes a lot of sense. Got me thinking. It's interesting how you can build relationships with people you don't even know. Teaches one to treasure what one has.

You just took this thought off my head!!! I stopped the thinking cos I thought it was too vivid an imagination. My resolution though is to:
1: let my children born or adopted know my password in case I become so old and am going home to rest. I aint dying now. So, they will tell you all.
2: hubby has got access to my passwords and he would do the honour of informing my blogging pals. That’s if I go first and we don’t go together as well. But not now, we wld have seeing our great grand children
3: To assume if I didn’t blog for 6 Months, didn’t take off my blog, didn’t tell u I want to stop blogging and didn’t tell u I am away for something. Just remember Jinta gave us a scare for disappearing for too long!!!
4: Write it in my will including my password so my lawyer can do me the honour!!!
