I think the chorus means...My head is swelling,..Hit it wiv a stick"...lol...I'm serious sha. I guess they are saying the fame is getting to thier head, so someone needs to but them in check by hitting thier head wiv a stick. Sumn like dat sha.

@ anyaposh: I agree with you on this. It was done just to incite hate. I have some muslim friends and they do not share these tendencies. Honestly, I do not know anymore.
