Hi! Merry Christmas. Chimamanda's book, "Half of a Yellow Sun" is certainly a sublime work of literature. I read it about 3 years ago and still marvel at the imagery she conjured. In an photo almanac of the Nigerian civil war by Frederick Forsythe (of "Dogs of War" fame) I saw in many years ago, the number of casualty was put in excess of 1 million dead in the 2 & 1/2 year pogrom.
